We had the pleasure of staying at Baglioni Hotel Luna during our visit to Venice. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from St. Mark's Square. The private dock made transportation a breeze. Our room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The breakfast room was a work of art, truly breathtaking. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly magical experience in Venice.

My recent stay at the Baglioni Hotel was truly exceptional. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from St. Mark's Square and surrounded by great high-end shopping. The included daily breakfast was a delightful added value, with a variety of delicious options. The superior double bed room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and had attentive housekeeping staff. The professional restaurant and reception staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly return to this hotel in the future.

Treatment of staff, especially in the restaurant

The room was with two 80-foot beds, not a double bed. The beds were separated and we had to put a cushion in the middle.

This hotel is ideally located next to two key bridges within minutes of the rive and just yards from St Mark's Square and the 'vaporetto'. The rooms are elegant and in keeping with the Palace, offering a comfortable bed and sumptuous bathroom. The staff goes the extra mile, treating guests like royalty and providing exceptional service. The breakfast is served in a beautiful palatial salon with frescos and Venetian chandeliers, offering a great selection of high-quality food and beverages. the hotel provides facilities such as a bar with fabulous live music and a helpful concierge service.

The Wi-Fi can be spotty and a bit confusing to log in.

The north suite on the 5th floor, but we were moved to a south suite on the 5th floor which was still perfect.... Quick change at no charge!

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk away from the main attractions. the room was spacious and well-decorated, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

There were a few disappointing aspects. there was no bottle of water provided each night by the bed, which was standard in other hotels we have stayed at.

I had a great stay in a five-star hotel located near St Mark's Square. The staff was super attentive, even meeting me at the pier outside the hotel's main door. The room was spacious with a courtyard view, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The service was spot-on, and the breakfast offered a good selection of high-quality food. The hotel's location was perfect, just a minute away from St Mark's Square and shopping areas.

The glass blowing demonstration at a nearby factory in Murano felt perfunctory and led to pressure to buy from the factory shop.

Location at the top in the spirit of Venice and personal attention to detail. Beautiful period hotel.

Baglioni Hotel Luna exceeded our expectations with its beautiful decor, helpful concierge, and prime location near St Mark's Square. The Junior Suite was sumptuous and spotless, and the breakfast room with a stunning fresco on the ceiling added to the luxurious experience. The hotel's Venetian charm, helpful recommendations, and proximity to shopping and dining options were also highlights.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel itself was beautiful with well-appointed and spacious rooms. The beds were super comfortable. The location was the best, very close to St. Mark's Square and just a few steps away from the great restaurants and water taxi stops. The breakfast was also very good. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

Lovely staff, great location. Got upgraded. Free tea, coffee, biscuits, fruit in café. Extravagant interiors, oldest property. Baroque suite, Murano chandeliers. Reception manager Marco Scaramal caring. Made us feel special. Prosecco breakfast, Michelin Star restaurant. Complimentary wine. Great experience.

The fact that despite my early reservation I wasn't given the room I was promised on the canal... And for the price, that upset me a lot... They partly redeemed themselves by giving me a senior suite.

location of the hotel is unique. staff is very helpful. breakfast buffet is sumptuous, products fresh and varied. our room was large and comfortable. every evening fresh drinks and good cleanliness. bottle of champagne as a welcome drink in the room.

1st room: a coffee machine is missing for absolute comfort. little bit less space for the clothes. room door closes badly, could only be "slammed shut" - a quiet closing was not possible. bad light in the bathroom. 2 general: hotel a bit outdated; carpets torn in some places, painting work on our floor. in front of the hotel towards the quay unfortunately construction site. wobbly w-lan - we fell out x times. for the welcome drink in the bar there were no nuts or snacks at our table - with regular nice orders you can get them - a little bit small. there is always a lot of staff in the hotel lobby... the swing door is rarely opened,

Staying in this luxurious hotel was an experience to remember. the exclusive amenities made me feel pampered and well taken care of. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic. the Jacuzzi was perfect to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. the Body scrub and Full body massage were exquisite, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

the Buffet breakfast was not up to par with the rest of the hotel's standards.

This hotel met all our luxurious needs with exclusive amenities that surpassed our expectations. the service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff anticipating our every need. We indulged in the Spa & wellness centre's full body massage followed by a steam room session, leaving us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Although everything was perfect, the only minor issue was the lack of in-room coffee and tea making facilities. the restaurant's bar/lounge area made up for it, providing us with a cozy ambiance to enjoy our drinks.
